TILL WE MEET AGAIN, a seppuku poem for my GRANDMA

Till we meet again
We’ll not obliterate and be callous
but steadfast
When your words forever echo
in our labyrinth of memories
To render ale and shade
as life wears on
We’ll be reticent
and allow our actions
to word our thoughts and mannerisms
And as to our fealty we proclaim
you’ll never be forgotten
For our selves are scarred
with your exemplary lead
Till we meet again, grandma
we’ll let our stride be in full flight
and wish you well on your
heavenly journey
Till we finally meet again, grandma
